EXECUTIVE CHEF AND FOUNDER
Christophe founded La Bonne Cuisine Catering and Events in 1995 along with his partner and Head Designer Sebastien Sanges, because he knew that they could offer something completely different than what the other caterers did: cooking world cuisine while using french technique and the freshest ingredients, presented in very unique and unconventional ways. Born and raised in Paris, France, he grew up spending time in the restaurant kitchens of his parent’s friends. Throughout his career, has had the pleasure to cook for the likes of Brad Pitt, Hillary Clinton, Barbra Streisand, John Travolta and Francois Mitterand, just to name a few.
PRESIDENT, EVENT DESIGN
Sebastien brings years of experience as an acclaimed Event Designer in France to his work at La Bonne Cuisine Catering and Events. Born and raised in France, Sebastien started his career designing florals and working on event production in St. Tropez, which led him to work designing events for renowned hotel properties in the South of France. He applies his expertise to produce one-of-a kind surroundings that evoke awe-inspiring reactions. His forward-thinking designs vary dramatically, ensuring that no two events will ever look or feel the same. His designs have been recognized by the event industry, most recently for Best Buffet Design by CaterSource Magazine.
DIRECTOR OF SALES
Fernando brings 25 years of special event experience to the table. Starting as a Banquet Manager and working his way up in both the front and back of house, he has an in-depth knowledge of how events work from the inside out. Having served "in the trenches", his experience in event management, food and beverage management, and large scale event production make him an invaluable resource for our clients, from site selection to execution.
Having studied Music Industry with an emphasis in Concert Production, Amanda discovered her love for planning while coordinating music festivals, concerts and fundraising events. She then expanded her knowledge of the industry by experiencing front of house operations as an Event Manager as well as behind the scenes. She makes it her mission to not only meet but exceed the expectations of every client.

You can almost taste Maria’s commitment to quality in every ingredient she carefully chooses and every dish she prepares. Maria has been with La Bonne Cuisine for a long time, and is one of the reasons our clients come back for more!
SENIOR EVENT MANAGER
With eight years at La Bonne Cuisine, Kent can best be described as our resident expert in on site operations. He can handle the most complicated event with ease and is the picture of grace under pressure. Among his great strengths is making even the most demanding client feel relaxed and confident.
Vivian brings to the table more than 15 years of marketing and event management experience. She's also a Certified Meeting Professional. Her most recent position was managing one of San Francisco's most prominent event venues. She also has an extensive background in event planning, dating back to her days at the University of Kentucky’s Jazz Department, where she got hooked while helping plan a Sonny Rollins concert.
